Job Responsibilities:
  • Support in managing the process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure that business requirements align with business needs and validate technical solutions.
  • Drive user testing activities, including preparing test scenarios, test plans, and test cases, as well as conducting pre-UAT quality control cycles and managing UAT exercises.
  • Assist in the execution and management of the Project Management Plan.
  • Handle routine tasks for the planning team, such as updating documents and responding to inquiries and requests from the head office and related departments.
About you:
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in system or application development, including requirement collection, data analysis, design, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • .net is a must
  • Relevant working experience in banking or financial institution operation.
  • Knowledge of banking products, Agile development, SWIFT, and Fast Payment Service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET) and MSSQL.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, VB Script & JavaScript, as well as MS Visio, Project, and Office.
