Oversee the identification, assessment and management of key compliance risks across the region. Drive regional consistency and minimum standards. Provide support and guidance to country compliance teams. Build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders across different functions and countries. Assist in the design, development, delivery and execution of best in class compliance framework and programme. Support compliance transformation programme development and execution, and prepare communication and status updates to stakeholders. Support efforts to enhance use and deployment of compliance technology and automation. Build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders across different functions and countries.
To be considered, you should be a degree holder with a minimum of 10 years experience in compliance, legal or other controls related function in the financial services industry. Knowledge and expertise in the design and implementation of compliance programmes. Ability to manage projects. Strong analytical, communication and people skills. Prior experience in roles with regional coverage an advantage.
