We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Actuarial Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Act as a key member for regular valuation process and take charge of regulatory reporting and monthly valuation
  • Provide support on the actuarial items and MI information for various stakeholders, including Local Management, Finance, Risk and Group Office
  • Ensure that the financial reporting work is compliance with the internal and external audit requirements
  • To provide solutions and timely response upon request
  • Maintain HSBC internal control standards
  • Ensure compliance with Model Governance Standards, IFIM and other FIMs where applicable
  • Provide support and to and supervise work of junior team members




Requirements
  • Extensive experience in an actuarial role at a global insurance firm University graduate in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Business Finance or related discipline
  • Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
