This job is to be performed by an HR specialist who has a profound knowledge of or has great potential for assisting in the development of the right HR products to meet the needs of the business. The product areas he/she is going to work on include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in drafting HR-relevant policies, designing the procedures, and reviewing them on a regular basis to strive for best practices
  • Working with internal and external lawyers to deal with employee relation case
  • Assisting in the development of C&B policy, system design, and administration of daily compensation and benefits operations
  • Assisting in liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties for C&B and P&P matters
  • Other HR products to be specified by the management


Core Qualification:

1. Education

  • Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or other business-related disciplines

2. Experience

  • 2+ years of experience working in the HR field at major multinational companies

  • A good understanding of the employment law/accounting/tax principles of Hong Kong and/or other East Asia and Southeast Asia regions is a plus
