Key Responsibilities:
1. To assist in Client On-Boarding process, including liaison with Sales team, documentation preparation and other related transactions.
2. To perform client servicing activities such as transaction processing, record keeping and reporting.
3. To support Senior Client Services Manager in Annual Review with Trust clients and prepare / update related documentation.
4. To prepare documentation for new asset injection.
5. To maintain orderly physical and electronic filing systems for all trust documents and transaction records in compliance with statutory guidelines.
6. To coordinate incoming Stewardship Service requests and liaise with vendors / service providers for quality delivery.
7. To provide support with ad-hoc assignmentsÂ
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Good to have 1-2 years experience in trust services or caring industry services e.g. caring homes or elderly home
- Detail minded with a can-do attitude
